Tonight, we did an excellent job of staying mentally in the meet throughout the night. When swimming a team as talented as Holland, there's alway the danger of focusing too much on the outcome, which results in a missed opportunity and a waste of a meet. However, we were able to keep our focus on our own actions while using their swims to push us and the result was another positive step in our journey to Conference and State. And, what a nice sweep by our divers! Plenty of season-bests; see the "improvements" column in the results below.
