Spring Lake Results

Finally, a meet under our belts!  Overall, we have a great starting point.  Most everyone started off considerably faster than they did last year and some are essentially picking up where they left off at Conference, which is encouraging to see.  We even had some personal bests (Bria in the 200 IM, Caylin in the 100 Fly) and some great swims by our freshmen.

Congratulations to the following State Qualifiers:

  • Sydney Asselin: 200 Free, 500 Free
  • Michelle Jager: 50 Free, 100 Free
  • Ashlee Sall: 50 Free, 100 Free
  • 200 Free Relay: Ashlee Sall, Courtney Johnson, Michelle Jager, Sydney Asselin
  • 400 Free Relay: Sydney Asselin, Carly Johnson, Michelle Jager, Ashlee Sall
Also, congratulations to Syd for breaking Spring Lake's Pool Record in the 500 by over 5 seconds!!!


Remember, tonight was a starting point.  Now our work can get more focused.  Should be a fun journey!
