EGR Results

From the people who decided to truly get up and race tonight, we had some great races.  Erica's last 25 of her 100 Breaststroke was an awesome lesson on how to manage the last 25 of a race.  However, although it may seem like a long week with two meets, etc., that's no excuse to lack aggression, which is what was missing in some of our races.  The attitude you attack something with is a big determiner of the outcome.


Notable Improvements:

• Divers: Areal, Brook, and Meredith all had solid personal 6-dive high scores, with Areal breaking 200 for the first time!
• Erica: 2.94 second drop in the 200 IM and an awesome last 25 of the 100 Breast to win a close touch-out.
• Ana: first-time under 31 in the 50 Free and a .86 second drop in the 100 Free to go under 1:07.
• Katherine: two great 56s  for the 100 Free.
• Anna: .54 second drop in the 100 Back time for her first-time under 1:07 and close to the State cut.
• Jaclyn: drops in both her 50 Back and 100 Back, with much improved breakouts.
