As we talked to the girls about before the meet, tonight represents merely a starting point for our 2016 season. Although certainly completing 4-event lineup well after just about two weeks of practice is going to be somewhat out of reach, we saw the start to some good things tonight. Our focus needs to be on building habits that will payoff come the end of the season, such as underwaters, breathing, tempos, etc. Tonight was a solid start! Also, on the boards, Emily Bolt set a new 6-dive PR while Brooke, Madi, and Andrea were all just off their PR's from last year...their summer work is certainly paying off!
