August 8 is our first official practice of the 2018 season! We are so excited for this season to start!! Our first practice is from 3-6 on August 8 at the Holland Aquatic Center. Please make sure that you are at the pool early enough that you are on the deck with everything you need for practice, and ready to go BEFORE 3pm. The rest of the season practice times, meet times and other important dates can be found on the calendar link to the right of this.
Before you may practice on August 8, we need to have a physical form signed by your doctor on file in the HC athletics office. (you may bring it to the coaches at practice on the 8th too). If you are a freshman, a junior or new to our program you also need to have completed the IMPACT testing with our trainer before the first practice.
