Difficult roads always lead to beautiful destinations.

Results happen over time, not overnight. Work hard, stay consistent, and be patient.

The past week and a half was challenging and pushed the girls in new ways both physically and mentally. We are very proud of their efforts and toughness.

This week marks a few 'lasts' of our season. Last dryland/weight room for our conference crew, last meet of our regular season, Senior night for our 4 seniors, last Saturday practice for our Conference Crew. It's hard to believe we are already at this point.

As we transition from regular season workouts to taper workouts we have to stay focused on working hard and putting in maximum effort even though our yardage will decrease and our minds may start wandering to end results. Practice this week will stay 3:30/4 - 5:30 for all swimmers. Next week we will adjust end time for our conference crew.
