Second Shave Meet & the week ahead 11.11-11.16

As we head into the final two weeks of our season and start to look forward to our state meet we need to stay focused. Focused on our days and practices that lead up to that point. We must not lose sight of the details that will make us the best we can be. Every practice, every dive, every set, every stroke is important and will get us one step closer to our goals.

Here are the details of the week ahead.

Monday 11.11

• Dryland at the Aquatic Center @ 3pm
• There are a few athletes who will not be participating in dryland. Coach Lisa will let you know if you are one of these athletes.

• Swimmers Practice 3:30-5:30
• Divers Practice 4-6pm

Tuesday 11.12

• Second Shave Meet @ The Holland Aquatic Center
• All swimmers still practicing will be competing in this. No practice after school.
• Athletes On-deck at 5:15pm
• Warm Up @ 5:30pm. Meet Start @ 6:30pm.
• Divers will practice from 4-6

Wednesday 11.13

• Swimmers Practice 3:30-5:30
• Divers Practice 4-6pm 

Thursday 11.14

• D3 Diving Regionals @ Hamilton
• All of our divers will be competing in the D3 Diving Regionals!
• Diane will pick our divers up at 2:00 to head to Hamilton.
• Warm Up @ 3:00pm. Competition Starts @ 5:00pm.
• Stands open @ 4:00pm. $6 Entrance Fee
• Top 12 make it to State.
• We encourage anyone who is able to head down and watch our divers compete. 

Friday 11. 15

• Swimmers Practice 3:30-5:30pm
• Divers practice 4-6pm

Saturday 11.16

• Last Saturday Practice!
•  7:00 to 9:00am.
