As we look at the week ahead there is a lot of information for parents regarding our meet on Tuesday against Grand Rapids Catholic Central. They hold their meets at a local YMCA so there are details you need to get in and to watch.
Thank you to the Iverson's and Petrak's for breakfast at the stadium on Saturday. It was a great way to finish off a hard workout.
Here are the details on our week ahead.
Monday 9.13
Swim Practice: 3:30 - 5:30
Dive Practice: 3:45 - 5:45
Tuesday 9.14
AWAY Meet: Grand Rapids Catholic Central @ David D. Hunting YMCA, 475 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504
Bus Leaves the High School @ 4:15. Meet starts at 6:30
Parking: Parents can park in the Y parking lot. You will need to push the call button on the gate arm and say you are there for the meet.
Spectators: The Y has asked for a limit of 2 spectators per athlete. The stands are small so a live stream will be set up in the community room so parents can rotate to watch their athlete compete live in order to make room for everyone.
Live Stream: A live stream link will be sent out once we have it from CRCC
They only have a 6 lane pool so I will do my best to get everyone 4 events but more than usual may only get 3.

Strength & Conditioning: 7:45 - 9am @ the High School Weight Room
Gary Howe will be running this. Come ready to work with a water bottle.
