What a great week in the pool! The coaches are so proud of you girls for pushing through and working hard, even when your bodies are tired. Make sure you are getting lots of sleep, eating healthy, and taking care of yourself. We have an exciting tri-meet this week!
This Week:
Monday, 9/4: Practice at Hope College Dow Center - 6:00-8:00pm
• This practice is not mandatory, but is HIGHLY recommended. We have a big meet the following day, so it will be important to get in the water if you are in town.
• We will meet in the front of the Dow Center at 5:45pm.
• The address is 168 E. 13th St. Holland, MI 49423.
• You can park in the Dow lot (across the street), or use street parking.
Tuesday, 9/5: Meet day!!
Away Meet vs. Unity and Grand Rapids Christian
• The meet is taking place at the Hudsonville Freshman Campus.
• The bus is leaving the high school a little after 4:00pm. Please be there on time! We will be doing devotions at 3:55pm in the hallway near the weight room at the high school.
• We will be stopping at the Zeeland Park & Ride again for girls that live in/near Zeeland. We will allow the girls to bring cars there beforehand if needed.
• Warm-up starts at 5:00pm. Meet starts at 6:00pm.
• Parents, it would be awesome if you could sit as a group in the stands for our meets! Look for other parents wearing maroon and let's get ready to cheer loud! Go Maroons!!
