Week 4

"A vision without execution is hallucination" ~ Origin Debated

As we finish week four and begin week five, things are beginning to click. Health is beginning to return to the team and this week showed it. From a swimming perspective, despite a disappointing loss against GR Christian, we had our best week of practice of the season. Which makes this a perfect time for the team to focus on goals. But a goal or a vision is useless if we don't execute each day with best efforts during each practice.

Tuesday's meet was a disappointing loss, but I got to see some guys swim some events that gave us some different options on relays and in individual events. The Eagles were pumped for this meet and we came in a bit less enthusiastic.  Go to the results page to see results and splits.

Congratulations to Parker Schut on his record performance.  I wish we would have had our diving event in its normal spot so we could have all witnessed Parker's Junior Record.  I have a feeling that he isn't done yet, and Charlie DeHaan is knocking on the door of a freshman record of his own.
