We are two weeks out from our Conference Championship meet! Continue to work hard and think about the goals we want to accomplish as a team and individually. I hope that you all had a relaxing fall break and could find some time to rest. Looking forward to a great week ahead of us!
This Week:
Monday: Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Tuesday: Meet Day!! (Senior Night)
Home Meet vs. Zeeland at the Holland Aquatic Center
- Warm-up starts at 5:30pm. Meet starts at 6:30pm.
- Please be on deck by 5:10pm for devotions.
- Parents of seniors, please be on deck by 6:10pm for senior recognition. Senior recognition will start at 6:15pm. Meet will start at 6:30pm.
Wednesday: ETS 3:00-3:45pm, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Thursday: **Pool 6:00-7:15am**, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
- Optional morning practice from 6:00-7:15am to focus on drills, intentional stroke work, technique, power, and underwaters.
- Meeting with Sam Herzog at the high school from 3:00-3:45pm.
Friday: ETS 6:45-7:30am, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
- There will be breakfast for the team after practice at the Schippers' house. Thank you for hosting!

- Friday, November 7 - Conference Prelims at the HAC (12:00pm start time)
- Saturday, November 8 - Conference Finals at the HAC (12:00pm start time)
- Tuesday, November 11 - Second Shave Meet at the HAC (6:30pm start time)
