• There are some changes to our Saturday practices. The normal time has been moved from 7:00am to 7:15am. Also, the practices on September 10th and 24th, and October 1st have been moved to 8:00am due to the Aquatic Center's schedule. Remember, the times listed for Saturday are when the doors open, so just get there by the time listed, don't come way early!
• On Tuesday, Alexis Kraatz from Different Strokes Swim Shop will be at the Aquatic Center so athletes can try on various elite racing suits, such as the Speedo LZR. Since we made our team suit order through Different Strokes, we get a much-reduced rate for these suits if we order as a team. She will be there at 5:15, so get there early so you can be changed and ready to try items on by then. Tomorrow, I'll talk to those who should come early to try a suit on. For the suits, we're just trying them on and will make an order at a later date; however, I believe she will also have other supplies, such as caps, goggles, etc., so if you need anything, bring money!

Monday

• Practice @ Hamilton from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
• We will meet at the Aquatic Center at 5:20pm so we can carpool to Hamilton. We will leave by 5:30pm.
• For those carpooling, we should arrive back at the Aquatic Center by 8:30pm.

Tuesday

• Home Meet vs. Grand Rapids Christian. Our first major test as a team!
• On-deck by 5:15pm. Meet starts at 6:30pm.
