Happy Labor Day weekend. I hope everyone is enjoying the extra time off from school and getting some extra rest and relaxation. Here are the details of our week ahead.
- Monday (8.2) - Practice in Hamilton (the pool is at Hamilton Middle School) at 6-8pm.
- This is an optional practice but is highly encouraged.
- Thursday (8.5) - Home meet v Hudsonville & Forest Hills Central.
- Athletes need to be on deck and ready to go at 5:15pm for devotions.
- Warm up starts at 5:30pm
- Meet starts at 6:30pm
- This is a double dual. It will be scored out as HC v HUD, HC v FHS & HUD v FHC.
- There will be at least two heats of every event. We will do our very best to keep things rolling in order to finish in a timely manner.
- Diving and swimming will run simultaneously
- Saturday (8.7) - Our first Saturday morning practice!
- 7am-9am. PLEASE be on deck and ready to get in the water at 7!!
- Breakfast to follow at the Asselin's House. Please plan rides accordingly. *Breakfast is optional but please let coach Lisa or Diane know if you will not be attending on Tuesday so Mrs Asselin can get the correct amount of food.
Jackets - Our jackets have been ordered. The total per jacket is $101.40 with shipping. Please make checks out to Holland Christian.
Lockers - We will be able to use our own locker room starting Tuesday. There are a few rules coaches will go over on Tuesday but for now you need to know lockers must have a lock on them! Anything left in an unlocked locker will be removed by the Aquatic Center staff at the end of every day.
