Week 7 and The Week Ahead

AHHHH.... A DAY OFF
Well, we could have gotten a practice in this morning a still be safe, but truth be told, today was a perfect day to take a day off. The boys have been working really hard, and with a full week of practices before our invite next week, the timing was perfect. Throw in the colds and flu that are floating around, a morning to sleep in will hopefully keep guys healthy.

LAST MEET
We had a great meet on Thursday. With a few guys swimming off events before our invite next week and being on the road, I was very happy with how the boys performed. and If you haven't checked out SPLITS in a while you can do so in the right hand banner. Just click on 19/20 Meets & Results.

THIS WEEK'S SCHEDULE

PRACTICES
Monday - Thursday: Normal practice 3:20 - 6:00
Friday: Normal practice 3:20 - 5:30

MEETS
Saturday: HOSTING the Division 3 Mid Season Invitational 
On Deck by 9:10
Warmup begins at 9:30
Meet begins at 11:00

This meet is limited to 4 individual entries per event, so some of our younger swimmers may only be swimming relays or just one individual event plus a relay.

  - Warmup @ 5:30
  - Meet Begins @ 6:30.

Thursday, Jan. 23rd Home Meet vs Grand Rapids Christian
