Better Late than Never

“Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.” ~ Carl Bard

I can hardly believe we've been waiting as long as we have, but. . . The Wait Is Over and I am so excited about this team and this season! Our ending starts NOW!

The season will be shorter than usual and my prayer is not only that our athletes have the same success in the pool and on the boards, but, even more so, that their experience will be filled with the same fun, laughter and family feel that we try to have every other "normal" season. With the group of young men on this team, I have no doubt that they will do their part to make that happen.

We started out in the right way on Saturday with an introduction to our drylands work and followed that up with our work at Benjamin's Hope taking down the Christmas lights that we put up after Thanksgiving on what would normally be our first Saturday practice.

CONGRATULATIONS GIRLS

Congratulations to our Girls Swimming & Diving Team on a great finish yesterday to their delayed season completion. Despite the eight week delay to their State Championship meet, the girls dove and swam spectacularly with many season and lifetime bests. The team finished the meet in 4th. A fantastic and somewhat unexpected finish for the girls. Way to go girls.
