Week 9 & Week Ahead

I know our last meet felt like a bit of a slide backward. For some, that was the case and it wasn't necessarily a surprise. For others, however, the growth process continues. We had 13 best times or performances plus several others that swam events for the first time.

Monday & Wednesday

    Dryland - 3:05 - 3:50

    Water - 4:00 - 5:30 

Thursday: Normal practice 3:20 - 5:30 
Friday: Normal practice 3:20 - 5:30 
Saturday: 

    Water 7:45 - 10:00 at WO High School  (Swimmers Only)

MEETS
Tuesday,  Away Meet @ Spring Lake
  - Bus Leaves at 4:30

         ~ North side pick up at Veldheers (Quincy & U.S. 31) at 4:45

  - Warmup @ 5:30
  - Meet Begins @ 6:30.

FURTHER AHEAD
Tuesday, Feb 1 Home Meet vs Holland (SENIOR NIGHT)
  - On deck at 5:15

Hair Bleaching - Friday, January 28th, 6:00 - 7:30ish at the High School
As we get closer to the end of the season, hair has become very chlorine damaged and is ready to be cut short for the championship meets. In the meantime, we have some fun with it. It is a year end, team bonding tradition.

Bleaching materials are covered from the team account, but Pizza will be $5

This is never required, and an athlete and parent waiver form / permission slip will be coming out later.
