What a fun D3 Invite this weekend! We are so proud of you girls and your hard work!! What a big accomplishment! There were so many amazing races and dives. We are not only proud of your swimming and diving, but how you worked as a TEAM. Your cheering and encouragement was awesome! Thank you for your energy, positivity, and effort. This was a fun preview of what is to come in November! I hope you can find time to rest tonight and tomorrow. See you on Monday!

Monday, 10/2: Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Tuesday, 10/3: Meet Day!!
Away Meet vs. Spring Lake at Spring Lake High School
• We will meet for devotions at the HS at 4:15pm. The bus is leaving at 4:30pm.
• Warm-up starts at 5:30pm. Meet starts at 6:30pm.
Wednesday, 10/4: ETS 3:00-3:45pm, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Thursday, 10/5: Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Saturday, 10/7: Practice at the Hope College Dow Pool, 9:00-11:00am
• Please be there by 8:45am to be ready to hop in the pool at 9:00am.
• You can park in the Dow lot (across the street) or use street parking.
• Breakfast at the Helms' house after practice!
