It's hard to believe we are already entering week six of season! We had a really good week of practices. There were some very challenging sets, but the girls showed up and worked extremely hard. Girls, make sure you're taking care of your body and getting sleep! We had a great meet on Tuesday with many season and lifetime bests! You girls put everything out there, and we are proud of the effort we saw that evening. It was a fun win! Looking forward to another great week ahead.
We also want to say a big congratulations to Coach Ali and her husband Jeff on the birth of Jeffery Alfred Engle. He was born on September 4 at 1:26pm. He is precious!! They are all doing well, and we are so excited for them. Continue to keep them in your prayers as they adjust to being a family of three!

Away Meet vs. Unity Christian at Hudsonville High School
• Warm-up starts at 5:00pm, meet starts at 6:00pm.
• We will meet for devotions at the high school at 3:50pm. Bus will leave at 4:00pm.
• We will be making a stop at the Zeeland Park and Ride for the girls who live in/near Zeeland.
Wednesday, 9/18: ETS 3:00-3:45pm, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Thursday, 9/19: Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Friday, 9/20: ETS 6:45-7:30am, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Saturday, 9/21: Pool 8:00-10:00am
• There will be breakfast after practice! Stayed tuned for location. I will send an email this week with more information.

• Football Cleanups: We have one football cleanup left for this season. Below is the date our team will be responsible for cleaning up after the home football game:
• Pop Can Fundraiser: Please remember to continue collecting pop cans! When you have money from the cans you can give it to a coach. This fundraiser will go until Monday, September 30. Thanks for your help with raising money for our team!
