It's D3 Invitational week! This meet is always a highlight of the season. It will be a great way to measure where we're at halfway through the season. There will be lots of exciting and close races! Let's get excited, have energy, and cheer loud. We're proud of you girls!

Home Meet vs. Grand Rapids Christian at the Holland Aquatic Center
• Warm-up starts at 5:30pm. Meet starts at 6:30pm.
• Be on deck by 5:15pm for devotions.

Wednesday, 9/25: ETS 3:00-3:45pm, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Thursday, 9/26: Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Saturday, 9/28: D3 Invite!
• Please be on deck by 10:15am for devotions.
• Warm-up starts at 10:30am. The meet starts at 12:00pm.

• Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door or pre-purchased HERE.
• A Jolyn rep will be at the meet and selling Jolyn suits! She will have the suits upstairs in the room by the spectator seating.
Format of Meet:
• This is a 12 team invitational with Division 3 schools.
• Each team is limited to 4 entries per individual event and 3 entries per relay (A, B, and C). As this is much more limited than a dual meet lineup, I will do my best to get people at least 1+ swim while maintaining our fastest possible lineup.
• The top 16 overall score in each event, regardless of heat. A and B relays can score.
• Awards will be handed out during the meet to the top 3 for each relay and top 8 for each individual event.
• Divers will compete an 11-dive meet that will run simultaneously with swimming.

Tuesday, October 1 - Home Meet vs. Spring Lake at the HAC. State time 6:30pm.
Tuesday, October 8 - Away Meet vs. Holland at the HAC. Start time 6:30pm.
Friday, October 11 - Football Cleanup at HCHS
Friday, October 11 - MISCA Diving Meet at Eastern Michigan University
Saturday, October 12 - MISCA Swim Meet at Eastern Michigan University
Other Notes:
• Be Better Meet: The Holland Aquatic Center is hosting the 3rd Annual Be Better Invitational on Friday, October 4. This meet began two years ago at Calvin University in honor of former Holland Christian, University of Michigan, and Michigan Lakeshore swimmer, Ian Miskelley. This year, they have invited Purdue University to join Calvin University, Hope College, and the University of Michigan to come and swim in a charity meet to benefit the Be Better organization. This meet is a great opportunity to see some fast swimming from some great schools in the NCAA D1 and D3. There will be a mix of "real" events and fun events going on all evening. The event is free of charge to attend!
We are still finalizing a plan for practice this day due to limited space and allowing the girls to have time to see the meet. • Football Cleanups: Below are the dates our team will be responsible for cleaning up after the home football games:
• Pop Can Fundraiser: Please remember to continue collecting pop cans! When you have money from the cans you can give it to a coach. This fundraiser will go until Monday, September 30. Thanks for your help with raising money for our team!
• Jolyn Suits: Here is the flyer from the Jolyn rep coming to our meet on Saturday. She will have a pop-up shop upstairs in the room by the spectator seating. If you need a new suit, it would be a great time to get one!
