We had a strong week of practices! Continue to prioritize your sleep and take care of your body. This is a challenging point in our season—practices are tough, and it's normal to feel tired. Stay strong, keep your head up, and continue putting in the hard work. It will all pay off at the end of season. Looking forward to another great week ahead!

Away Meet vs. Holland at the Holland Aquatic Center
• Warm-up starts at 5:30pm. Meet starts at 6:30pm.
• Be on deck by 5:15pm for devotions.
• We are looking for someone who is willing to provide sack dinners for after the meet. If you're interested, please sign up HERE. Thanks!

Wednesday, 10/9: ETS 3:00-3:45pm, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Thursday, 10/10: Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Friday, 10/11: ETS 6:45-7:30am, Pool 4:00-6:00pm, MISCA Meet for qualifying divers (more details will be sent via email).
• Football Cleanup: On Friday, October 11 we are cleaning up after the football game at HC.
Saturday, 10/12: Pool 8:00-10:00am, MISCA Meet for qualifying swimmers (more details will be sent via email).
• Breakfast at the Brower's house after practice!
