Week #2: 8/18-8/22

We are officially one week into the 2025 Swim and Dive season, and it's great to be back on the pool deck with the girls! They have been working incredibly hard, and I'm excited for what's ahead.

This past Wednesday, we had an amazing time at our team retreat! We discussed our team goals and what we hope to accomplish together this season, while also focusing on the importance of competing as Christ-like athletes. The girls then took time to reflect on their individual goals for the months ahead. We’ll revisit these goals often and continue the conversation about how to live them out both in and out of the pool.

Our first meet of the season is coming up on Friday, August 22.
