Week #10: 10/13-10/18

It was another great week of practices. We are four weeks out from the Conference Meet! Keep working hard and remember that every day is an opportunity to grow and work on the little things. Continue to encourage each other, work hard both in and out of the pool, and get sleep. We are so proud of you girls!

This Week:

Monday: Pool 4:00-6:00pm

Tuesday: Meet Day!!

Away Meet vs. Spring Lake at Spring Lake High School

• Warm-up starts at 5:30pm. Meet starts at 6:30pm.

• The bus will leave the high school at 4:00pm. We will be doing devotions at Spring Lake.

• We will be doing a pick up/drop off in the back of the lot of Dick's Sporting Goods.

• We are looking for someone who is willing to provide sack dinners for after the meet. If you're interested, please sign up HERE. Thanks!

Wednesday: ETS 3:00-3:45pm, Pool 4:00-6:00pm

Thursday: Pool 3:00-5:00pm

Friday: ETS 6:45-7:30am, Pool 4:00-6:00pm, MISCA Meet for qualifying divers (more details will be sent via email).

Saturday: Pool 7:30-9:30am, MISCA Meet for qualifying swimmers (more details will be sent via email).

• There will be breakfast for the team (not attending MISCA) after practice at the Vanderveens' house. Thank you for hosting!

Looking Ahead:

• Tuesday, October 21 - Home Meet vs. Holland and Grand Rapids Catholic Central at the HAC (6:30pm start time)

• Friday, October 24 - Football Cleanup at the High School

• Tuesday, October 28 - Home Meet (Senior Night!) vs. Zeeland at the HAC (6:30pm start time)

Other Notes:

• Football Cleanups:  Below are the dates our team will be responsible for cleaning up after the home football games:

• Caps: If you are interested in purchasing a silicone cap, they are $15 a cap. Please bring cash or check to Coach Erica and she will get one for you. Each girl will receive one free latex cap.
