What an incredible D3 Invitational this weekend! We are so proud of you girls. With so many season and lifetime bests, this meet was an exciting glimpse of what’s to come in November. Beyond the fast swims and strong dives, what stood out most was your teamwork—the way you cheered for one another, encouraged your teammates, and brought so much positivity to the deck. That’s what makes this team so special!
A huge thank you to our amazing parents for all your help and support; the meet ran so smoothly, and we couldn’t do any of this without you!
This Week:
Monday: Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Tuesday: Meet Day!!
Away Meet vs. Grand Rapids Christian at Calvin University
- Warm-up starts at 6:00pm. Meet starts at 7:00pm.
- The bus will leave the high school at 4:30pm. We will meet for devotions at 4:15pm.
- We will plan on making a stop at the Zeeland Park and Ride on the way to and from the meet.
Wednesday: ETS 3:00-3:45pm, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
Thursday: **Pool 6:00-7:15am**, Pool 4:00-6:00pm
- **Optional morning practice to focus on drills, intentional stroke work, technique, power, and underwaters. As a reminder, these are optional and not required, but they provide an extra opportunity to get in focused work and continue developing your skills.
- Please note the time change for afternoon practice. We will be practicing in the Instructional Pool due to the HAC hosting a meet for Grand Valley.
- **Football cleanup after the game at HCHS.
Saturday: Pool 7:00-9:00am
- There will be breakfast for the team after practice at the Bushouses' house. Thank you for hosting!

- Friday, October 24 - Football Cleanup at the High School

• Caps: If you are interested in purchasing a silicone cap, they are $15 a cap. Please bring cash or check to Coach Erica and she will get one for you. Each girl will receive one free latex cap.
