Welcome to a New Season

Hello everyone, welcome to a new season!!

I am thrilled to join this swimming & diving program in a new role. I hope to bring enthusiasm and fresh energy, while building on the legacy that this program is known for.

As a new coach, I have a lot to learn, but I can offer some things. Through my own competitive swimming experience and as an assistant, I've developed an appreciation for both individual development and team unity. I believe that swimming and diving are more than just times, scores, and awards — they help to build character, resilience, and lifelong fitness.

This year's theme - Brick by Brick 

Brick by Brick captures everything a great swim and dive season is built on steady progress, intentional effort, and the understanding that big achievements come from small, consistent steps.

Goals for This Season

1. New relationships — Get to know each swimmer's strengths and areas for growth.

2. Build bridges — to help our upperclassmen and lowerclassmen, to connect and create new relationships.

3. Foster a growth mindset - Emphasize improvement, not just winning, by setting measurable but realistic goals.

The Upcoming Week

Practice for Swimmers & Divers

Each day, we will be getting in the water at the times listed below. Please be on deck 10-15 minutes before the listed start time to ensure that we are ready to get started right away!
