Solid meet tonight against some very quality opponents, which finally provided us some good racing. On the swimming end, underwaters are slowly improving, but we really need to be more aggressive on the front end of our swims. On the boards, we saw some good improvements, including an awesome lifetime high-score for Andrea VanNuil, a first double by Nat, and overall, for the whole crew of divers, a good job of being able to refocus after each dive.
- Gabby: 2.92 second drop in the 200 Free with a well-split race and a gutsy last 50
- Allie Brown: first-time under :30 in the 50 Free this year in the open 50 and a well-split 100 Back
- Andrea VanNuil: life-time best high score by 15.68 points to go 194.55
- Morgan: .64 second drop in the 100 free and much-improved underwaters
