A few updates on team events

Extra Practice Time
We have a home meet on Thursday, January 18 vs Otsego

• We are going to have a short "practice" before our meet. 
• 4:45 Dryland 
• 5:00 in the water for a bit more of a workout than a meet warmup. 
• We will finish our "Practice" in time to be ready for our meet. 
• Meet begins at 6:30. 

• If the 4:45 time creates an inconvenience for a parent driver, please let me know. 

Benjamin's Hope Undecorating (and Breakfast)
Saturday's practice (7-9) will be followed up with breakfast at Benjamin's Hope and then we will be taking down Christmas decorations. We should wrap up there by about 11:30.

Hair Bleaching - Friday, January 26th, 5:30 - 7:00ish
As we get closer to the end of the season, hair has become very chlorine damaged and is ready to be cut short for the championship meets. In the meantime, we have some fun with it. It is a year end, team bonding tradition.

This is never required, and an athlete and parent waiver form / permission slip will be coming out this week.
