It's hard to believe we're already heading into week six of the season! We had a busy week with two meets and wrapped it up with a fun Saturday practice taking on the Aquawoman Challenge. The team brought great energy this week, and it's awesome to see everyone continuing to support each other both in and out of the pool. We have another great week ahead of us! Go Maroons!

- **We are going to begin optional morning practices on Thursdays. These will be in addition to our regular afternoon practices. The morning practices would focus on drills, intentional stroke work, technique, power, and underwaters. As a reminder, these are optional and not required, but they provide an extra opportunity to get in focused work and continue developing your skills. I am still waiting on final approval that this will work with the HAC, but wanted to make you aware of this potentially starting this week. I will send out an email early this week when everything is confirmed.
